Whether it’s managers, HR Leaders or simply colleagues, understanding the mental well-being of our teams is not only a moral duty, but also a crucial factor for maintaining a healthy work environment.
The following document is our attempt at giving you the tools needed to differentiate between team members ‘having a bad day’ & signs of mental ill health. Whilst this tool is by no means exhaustive & should not be used for diagnostic purposes, we hope it is enough to signpost anyone that may need help to the relevant services.

By fostering an environment where mental health is openly discussed & understood, those that are struggling can access the help they need & are prevented from spiralling any further, allowing them to get back on their feet & performing to the best of their capabilities.
