This Mental Health First Aid Training Course is designed to equip participants with the skills needed to provide support to team members experiencing mental health challenges. Through a variety of workshops, group discussions, role play scenarios & case studies, our goal is to create a community of trained first aiders who can contribute to a supportive and understanding workplace environment.

All attendees are awarded a Mental Health First Aider qualification upon completion of the course.
